Translation packages are not present on one (KDE/GNOME) CD products; you must
add language addon as additional installation source.

a/ we probably should mention this as part of the release-notes.

b/ For "later": YaST must learn to spit out a warning if the user goes for a
foreign language but, for whatever reason, misses to add a repo with the
matching yast2-trans package.
