I see a couple of things that need fixing

- zypp does not show _why_ it can't provide the file (apparently, its a
timeout)
=> critical because of huge usability problems for customers with
slow/unreliable connections

- zypp does not show how to resolve that error (increase the timeout threshold)

The timeout should be settable in zypp.conf
