Steps to duplicate:

1. Login to GNOME
2. Observe Tomboy running in the panel
3. Use application browser (or <alt>F2) to run Tomboy
4. Notice that another Tomboy instance is added to the Notification panel

Expected behavior:

If Tomboy is already running, the 'search all notes' window should open instead
of opening another instance.
