the new help.o.o page is a derivative work of the new wiki layout.

that shall remain nameless ;-), told me I should follow these guidelines:

The new design works in Firefox, Opera, Konqueror, Safari, and IE7. It is
currently broken in IE6 and that is totally my bad. I'll be fixing that over
the coming days. Also, the JS used for the animations degrades perfectly for
those with JS disabled.
I will also be adjusting the content and adding a few more images to fill out
the opening page.
