This change will be rather non-trivial, since in many cases (eg. downloading a
file) the moments when YaST can report are not driven by YaST itself, but eg.
by the curl library, when it gives feedback.
The only solution that comes to my mind is to run such code in separate
threads, which is nothing we can do for 10.3.
