I think there are very few customers that notice this because y2-c-c-g was a
new package and was not installed or activated by default in 10.2 so most
people are not running it. For anyone that does manually install it though they
will be broken without this fix so I think we probably need to release it. The
fix has already been accepted in autobuild so we just need a SWAMPID.
