MustBeRoot() function from Confirm.ycp fails in 1st stage of installation since
there is no /usr/bin/id in inst-sys, hence no way to determine UID of the user.

The function should assume we have root privileges in 1st stage by default and
return true. Moreover, some checking whether /usr/bin/id actually exists and is
executable could be added as well.
