I would not like to remove the other languages.

Currently, it is still possible to do most of the installation in many
languages as the YaST2 translations are still there and reasonable set
of fonts in the instsys is also available.  When network repositories
are added at the beginning of the installation, one will get the
packages missing from the CD from the network.

And, choosing a language at the beginning of the installation at least
results in the right locale and keyboard layout being used
automatically.
