XML file with translations

These tags can be localized:
  * <name>...</name>
  * <summary>...</summary>
  * <description>...<description>

Localized strings use the original tag name but they add a new value "lang":
  * <name lang="de_DE">...</name>
  * <summary lang="zh">...</summary>
  * <description lang="cs_CZ">...<description>
