I tried to install beta2 in VMWARE but the installation hangs during hardware
configuration. 
What I can see is that the screen gets black and two times the text konsole is
flashing but than the screen remains black. I observe that the icon for the
CDROM in the statusbar of VMWARE is still flashing. I think I waited long
enough to be sure that it is really hanging and not doing something in the
background.
I will attach the logfiles from Yast and Xorg.
