One of possible typical scenarios:
you come to work, you enter your room, turn on computer, go get some
tea/coffee, you get back, you check new mail... error, strange, you check
KMail, wait a sec, you check KNM --> not connected.

In such and only such case, when the computer connects _initially_ to already
known network please show "permanent" info/warning dialog.

Currently I cannot say if KNM shows anything but those info dialogs closes
after some time or does not display anything at all.
