I'm quite sure some reboots happened with the firewall enabled, but I don't
have precise records.
I wish I had recorded info about the lock file before deleting it, in case it
was somehow undeletable by SuSEfirewall2_setup.
Since the lock file always prevents remote access, regardless of
SuSEfirewall2_setup, and since SuSEfirewall2_setup is clearly not booting when
it is disabled, the lock should be cleared by other means as a fall-back.
