I was installing two packages with zypper. After installing the second package
(progress showed 100%), it took a while until zypper was actually done.

Looking at zypper.log reveals that it does a final commit(), loosing 10
seconds:

2007-08-30 18:06:33 <1> heron(31365) [zypp] TargetImpl.cc(commit):482
TargetImpl::commit(<list>CommitPolicy( ))

(CommitPolicy( )) returned: CommitResult 2 (errors 0, remaining


I *assume* its a re-read of the rpm db in order to bring the zypp pool
up-to-date.
This might be useful for other applications but certainly not for zypper.
