https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=306276 Summary: wish for customizing screensaver wakup signal Product: SUSE Linux 10.1 Version: Final Platform: i686 OS/Version: SuSE Linux 10.1 Status: NEW Severity: Enhancement Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: estellnb@lycos.at QAContact: kde-maintainers@suse.de Found By: Customer KDesktop offers a lot of options to configure the screensaver. Notwithstanding there is no way to customize possible wakup events. At me the slightest vibration can cause the mouse to send a signal and thus to quit the screensaver so that activating the screensaver has no effect. Especially when using a notebook on a slanted table (Schrägtisch) there is absolutely no way to make use of the screensaver because the mouse will always keep moving. Why not allow to set a threshold or disable mouse triggered wakeups at all (keyboard-only-wakeup)? upstream bug: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=149383 -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
