1.9.11 to 2.0.1 diff of Changes file

although this package includes /etc/security/console.apps/yumex and
/etc/pam.d/yumex it is unlikely we will make use of these even with a rootuid
wrapper.

so according to the attached changelog from 1.9.11 to 2.0.1 this update has
primarily two things to offer

1) correct category/group view handling for depths !=2
2) translation additions/fixes for dutch and japaneese

else there's a license change (GPLv2+) and lots of git/Makefile rework
