- Create new spec file to avoid build cycle avahi->gnome->mono->avahi.

I think the problem is that avahi-mono has BuildRequires: gtk-sharp2.

Aaron was saying that this is only for a sample gtk# app, which really
shouldn't be packaged.

The build sequence should be:  glib->mono->avahi->gtk/gnome.
