Duncan, what's the intended workflow?

You commented the importing of ZyppKeyRing into the rpm database
in RpmDb::initDatabase:

  // we do this one by one now.
  //importZyppKeyRingTrustedKeys();


In the logfile I see '2007-08-21 19:16:06 ... [wfm] Keyring.cc(ImportGPGKey)'
importing keys into the zypp trusted keyring. At this time the target is not
yet initialized, so there is no recipient to put the keys into the rpmdb.



Either target has to be initialized earlier to receive the keys one by one, or
we re-enable importZyppKeyRingTrustedKeys. What's bee the reason for disabling
it?
