Refresh of already loaded repositories has been fixed in
yast2-pkg-bindings-2.15.44 (see bug #300891), the fix is included in Beta2
(there is yast2-pkg-bindings-2.15.44-3).
But I'm thinking about cache location, in the first stage the cache is located
in /var/cache/zypp/zypp.db which is in RAM disk. The raw cache is also there.
Are the caches later copied to the target system? If not then we need to
download and build the cache again in the second stage (or later in running
system)... I'll check it.
BTW inst_suse_register needs initialized sources because it installs
"mozilla-xulrunner181" package.
