Im going to summarize this points to make sure the final version attend these
requisites. If they dont comply to these requisites, the greeter is once again
useless.
1) It should be objective and concise. No thounsands of other stuff.
2) It should be atractive, specially to newbies
3) It should not put the irc link like it was a normal http link. It should
stress and explain this is different, that this will not open an html page.
I will annoy everybody who makes it not comply with those points.
