Akregator (running not in a KDE environment but in a Xfce environment) cannot
start an external HTML browser. If I klick on "Open in external browser", then
I get a message box showing that the service "kfmclient" is not available.

The browser was firefox. However, I cannot check the setting in the KDE control
center since that is also broken.
