In gtk-qt-engine there is a checkbox to enable emacs-like keyboard shortcuts
for text editing. The sections is called "GTK Keyboard Shortcuts".
The checkbox simply sets gtk-key-theme-name="Emacs" in the .gtkrc-2.0 file.
It is missing in kcmgtk.
