[Bug 299590] installation source not found via kernel line install=iso:/dev /hda26/openSUSE-10.3-Beta1-KDE-i386.iso

I don't know where the instructions in the wiki came from, and I don't know either if "my system" is documented somewhere. What program is reading this option?
