glib and gtk have always been version separated for includes. Libtool was not
crashing, it was simply giving an error. This update happened in the
GNOME:STABLE build service, not main 10.2 update chancel. Libtool archive files
cache library location, so its not surprising you had some issues building from
source. Rebuilding the sources that included links to libtool archives is
sufficient as you note in #1.
