https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=297679 Summary: http://software.opensuse.org/search randomly gives me x86/x86_64 links for the 1 click install Product: openSUSE.org Version: unspecified Platform: i586 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Enhancement Priority: P5 - None Component: BuildService AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: mboman@novell.com QAContact: adrian@novell.com Found By: --- If I go to http://software.opensuse.org/search and search for something, eg pidgin, then some of the 1 Click Install links will point to a x86_64 arch and some other will point to x86. Even if one clicks on a x86_64, YaST will select the right arch, but most experienced users would not do it as they know they are on 32bit. The 1 Click Install links should show up as arch independent links; Example; Instead of; http://software.opensuse.org/ymp/GNOME%3ACommunity/openSUSE_Factory/x86_64/p... it should show something like; http://software.opensuse.org/ymp/GNOME%3ACommunity/openSUSE_Factory/pidgin-g... -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
