shell script for properly re-initializing wacom tablet - MUST BE ADDED TO
/etc/pm/hooks/

Looks like it was all a matter of timing.  If you wait till the system is fully
awake to re-init the tablet, it's too late.  This script will re-init the
tablet at the proper time.
