[Bug 247233] fetchmail makes noise that can't be silenced

After some time spent with both 6.3.5 and 6.3.8 I have been able to reproduce
reported behaviour only with --sslproto='' and I don't see why one would want
use such option. Closing as INVALID (feel free to reopen while supplying more
info).
As for the patch: I think it addresses something different.
