[Bug 290294] OpenSUSE 10.3 default wallpaper resembles a tick

Stephan, I've had this discussion a million times now. Why does a blue
wallpaper make things suddenly inconsistent? We will have all splashes
geenish. Green splash on green background don't sound so hot either.
Inconsistent icons, yes that is irking me for ages, but the widget background
not being green doesn't necessarily make it inconsistent. Especially when it
signals that the system is finally finished booting at last!
