After a resume from Suspend 2 RAM X is really laggy. It needs several seconds
to display the contents of a window. You can see piece by piece how the window
is constructed.

This happens with the NVIDIA driver version 100.14.11 on a Thinkpad T61 with
NVIDIA Quadro NVS 140 M.
