[Bug 273561] Update OpenSP to the latest stable release

Thank you. I will give it a try.
So far, I have made an aggregate link on
http://build.opensuse.org/project/show?project=validators to that location,
that you have chosen for OpenSP before, so that depending perl-modules and
other packages of the validator are able to build.
As far as I can see, this aggragate linking is no longer needed, as the latest
OpenSP package now with this of your location move would be available for all
SUSE versions and not only for Factory. This would be great.
At my home server, your renewed OpenSP package (previously built only for
Factory) works without a flaw concerning the w3c validator, and I guess it will
also work, if it is relocated and part of the XML project.
As soon as possible, I will check, if the aggregate link on
http://build.opensuse.org/project/show?project=validators to the OpenSP package
and the depending perl packages still are needed to build the package in the
Build Service. If not, these aggregate links might be removed, because they
might be no longer necessary.
