RealPlayer doesn't supports MPEG(-2) video:

And neither does the libxine (used by Kaffeine) that openSUSE provides:
http://en.opensuse.org/Restricted_Formats

So openSUSE doesn't provides a MPEG(-2) video decoder. If you want such support
you must obtain it from a third party.
