I completely second your proposal. We shouldn't limit the media size
complaining about the lack of space for essential things like metadata and
such. Please master the second DVD and replace the outdated 6cd-set with it.

BTW: Since your want to make the second DVD (don't you?) whya have you closed
bug #263606 ?
