As atftp module is not included in OpenSuse 10.2 iso
(openSUSE-10.2-GM-DVD-i386.iso) it cannot be used to build kiwi-netboot
(configured via /usr/share/kiwi/image/netboot/config.xml).

I was forced to use internet repository (default of the previous config.xml) to
build the kiwi-netboot.
