In the figlet RPM there are the bash scripts
-rw-r--r-- ... root root ... /usr/games/showfigfonts
-rw-r--r-- ... root root ... /usr/games/figlist

I assume they are meant to be executable by everyone:
-rwxr-xr-x ... root root ... /usr/games/showfigfonts
-rwxr-xr-x ... root root ... /usr/games/figlist
