[Bug 281265] undock of docking station does not work

Yes, I'm investigating this currently. We need to change dockutils to use the
generic dock driver instead of thinkpad_acpi for 10.3.
There are also other changes in HAL regarding this I'm working on currently.
Andreas, can you please attach lshal after booting undocked and one time after
booting docked. This would be great. lspci could be helpful, too.
