sysvinit-2.86-hddown.patch

With this patch we check for SATA/SCSI disks if
the entry /sys/class/scsi_disk/<device>/manage_start_stop
exists, if yes search for next disk, if no do ioctl
HDIO_DRIVE_CMD.  This check is not done for old IDE
disks.
