[Bug 277149] yast software manager: protected status is not remembered

I can conform this for opensuse 10.2. Since it was asked for logs, are you not
able to reproduce this with the simple steps given by the original reporter?
Since this bug can cause YaST to overwrite a package which was set to
"protected" the severity should be raised to major, since overwriting data
against the user's will is certainly not "normal".
