[Bug 278621] System time (clock) is not accurate.

I could, however I also tested a 64 bit version of openSUSE 10.2 on another
machine that I have. That machine is picking UP time (approx 2-3 seconds per
day). hwinfo is not needed here. There is a serious problem with the
Kernel/KDE. Please escalate this bug to CRITICAL.
