[Bug 265964] fglrx libGL.so breaks googleearth

I can confirm this problem.
The problem is also described on many forums for other Linux distros as well,
however it seems that 8.27.10 is the latest driver with a wokring libGl.so.1.2,
and that doing this workaround will only make google work (but without HW
accelerated 3D)
Doing an strace -p on googleearth-bin results in infinitely many lines of
ioctl(11, 0xc00c645c, 0xfffe0458) = -1 EINVAL (Invalid argument)
