The logfiles
- /var/log/cups/access_log
- /var/log/cups/error_log
should be owned by the package cups as the scripts of this package create them.

Using something like
%ghost %config(noreplace) /var/log/cups/access_log
%ghost %config(noreplace) /var/log/cups/error_log
in the %files list should aviod verify-errors from RPM or security scanners.
