Description:

There is no Gstreamer properties configuration option in Gnome control center.

How to reproduce:

1. Click on Computer > Control Center
2. There is no icon for gstreamer-properties

Expected behavior:

There should be an icon for gstreamer-properties config dialog. These
configuration options are important for users who use Compiz and want for
example to deactivate XV for video output.
