[Bug 279938] YaST "Network Card" setup blocks network access and doesn't restore it if aborted

Yes I am using Network Manager, and yes it's also happening with ifup.
I tried connection with WEP and iwconfig ifup as well as wpa_supplicant with
WPA/WPA2 anytime YaST / Network Devices / Network Card is satrted network
access is blocked while ifstatus reports active connection.
