we (odabrunz@ and sassmann@) set a commandline option -s and forgot to activate
the commandline with the -a1 option.

It might be useful to activate the -a1 option by default if you specify a
commandline with the -s option.

>From odabrunz@: if someone really wants to set the commandline and deactivate
it at the same time, he could specify -a 0 together with -s.

This cost us about 5 manhours yesterday. You may think we are stupid, but we
believe mkzimage_commandline could be more helpful/intuitive.
