[Bug 216097] [opensuse-updater][kde][zypper] Allow to show updated packages in addition to patches

I belive I have nice idea:
In my opinion it's really nice opensuseupdater informs only about important
patches. Not every openSUSE user is a maniac who wants to have all packages
updated. Keeping system secure is enought for common user.
But there are also ppl (including me) who wants to have the newest versions of
all packages. They are very important, because they can report a lot of bugs
quite fast. It would be nice to provide them a nice way of informing about
updates.
So, what do you think about simple checkbox in opensuseupdater's configuration
like "Check for any kind updates (not only security)"? I am sure a lot of ppl
will miss such a option if it will not be included in 10.3.
