As described in
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/shellcc/platform/shell/programmersguide/shell_basics/shell_basics_extending/autorun/autoplay_cmds.asp

the autorun.inf can contain an additional text label which represents the
AutoRun-enabled drive in the Windows user interface.

We should make this version depend (add _10.3) or not (just openSUSE).
