Hi, 

for the 1 CD installation targets I've done a size analysis and noticed that
samba-client is quite large. particularly it contains quite huge binaries, all
of them shouldn't be that large I think. 

I suspect that each of them statically links a library with common code that
could be linked shared to save space overall.
