1. I finanly started to use the "changes file" for pàckage changelog, so, no
need to check the spec file one..
2. you will not find the PHP 5.2.2 changelog in the PHP site **yet**. release
is done, published to the mirrors, patches updated, developers informed, but no
"official" announcement till friday. ;-)
