While testing installation for alpha3+ (udev 109-4), on my test machine
udev creates /dev/sr0 reproducibly 30s after sda (both driven by ata_piix).

ps shows write_cd_rules running all the time. When I add a '-x' to
write_cd_rules to see what it is doing, the bug vanishes.

Any ideas?
