I tested on 10.3 Alpha3 and changed the product in zypp db.

# /usr/lib/zypp/zypp-query-pool products @system

It looks like suse_register behaves correctly. Maybe the exit code gets lost in
YaSTs SCR agents?
But this is something Daniel has to check.
