[Bug 270226] libpcap version mismatch

Becoming famous for filling useless report aren't we...
This is NOT a suse issue, the rpm DO contain 0.9.4 and spec file IS ok.
And as far as the dynamips issue goes, nobody ever said we were going to be
binary compatible with everything under the sun, this package is open source
and there is nothing keeping you from rebuilding it against newer libpcap.
