[Bug 259685] KDE screensavers do not start automatically at all.

gnome-settings-daemon starts either gnome-screensaver or xscreensaver, so the
problem is really why you need g-s-d to be autostarted? g-s-d expects to be run
on a GNOME session, so it does not only this, but other gnome-only things that
might not fit on a KDE session
